Yes. Every new account starts with a 30-day trial that includes 10 companies and 100 enrichment credits, with access to over 560 risk and insight checks. After 30 days, you can choose a paid plan or drop down to the Free plan permanently — up to three companies, no credit card, no time limit.
You get a 30-day trial automatically — no credit card required. The trial includes a watchlist of up to 10 companies and 100 enrichment credits, giving you access to over 560 risk and insight checks including Creditsafe credit intelligence, adverse media screening, and ISO verification. When the trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan or continue on the Free tier with up to three companies.
You can upgrade immediately. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current features until then.
Your data is never deleted. If your new plan has a smaller watchlist limit, companies beyond that limit are paused (not removed) and stop receiving updates. You can reactivate them by upgrading again or by removing other companies to free up space.
All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Enterprise customers can discuss bespoke billing arrangements including annual invoicing.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange payment by invoice.
Credits are the currency for actions that consume external data: running enrichment on a new company, generating PDF reports, and accessing commercial intelligence sources like Creditsafe. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation that resets on your billing date. If you need more, you can top up at any time.
Yes. In Settings → Enrichment you can enable or disable individual enrichment types such as Creditsafe, adverse media, ISO checks, and Cyber Essentials. Disabled enrichments will not run and will not consume credits, giving you full control over how your monthly allocation is spent. Bear in mind that disabling enrichments reduces the data available for analysis, which may affect the range of tests that can be assessed and the accuracy of risk scores.
There is no long-term contract. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
The prices shown are exclusive of VAT. UK VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) will be added at checkout for all customers.
