When the trial ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan or continue on the Free tier with up to three companies.

You can upgrade immediately. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current features until then.

Self-Assessment is a £10/month plan for seeing your own company's Senserity risk profile — the same 720+ risk and insight checks your customers and partners can run on you, with the evidence and sources behind every result, monitored automatically each month. It covers one company: your own. If you need to monitor suppliers, customers, or partners, the Starter plan and above provide multi-company watchlists.

The risk grade is Senserity's assessment: over 720 automated checks across nine categories, weighted and scored into a single A–E grade. Evidence reports are the opposite — they present the underlying source data with no score, no grade, and no interpretation. Five company evidence tabs (Credit, Financials, People & Governance, Compliance & Legal, and Cyber) show the filings, registers, and scan results directly, each with the source it came from, and each has a matching PDF evidence report. Use the grade to decide where to look; use the evidence to check the working and to document a decision.

Your data is never deleted. If your new plan has a smaller watchlist limit, companies beyond that limit are paused (not removed) and stop receiving updates. You choose which companies to keep within your new limit, and you can reactivate the rest by upgrading again.

All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. Enterprise customers can discuss bespoke billing arrangements including annual invoicing.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange payment by invoice.

Credits pay for on-demand actions you choose to take: forcing an immediate refresh of a company outside its monitoring schedule, generating a PDF due diligence report, running an attestation request, or making API calls beyond your plan's allowance. Automatic scheduled monitoring is included in your subscription and never uses credits. Each plan comes with a monthly credit allowance that resets on your billing date, and you can top up at any time.

Yes. Because scheduled monitoring is included and never consumes credits, your allowance is only spent on on-demand actions you actively choose — an immediate refresh, a PDF report, an attestation, or API overage. Each action shows its credit cost before you confirm it, so you stay in full control of your monthly allowance, and you can top up whenever you need more.

There is no long-term contract. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
