Automated due diligence on UK companies
Senserity aggregates 27+ UK data sources and runs 720+ automated tests to produce an A–E risk grade for any UK company — then shows you every piece of evidence behind it. Spot trouble before it reaches your balance sheet.
How it works
Add a company
Enter a company name or number. Senserity pulls in the latest data from Companies House and 26+ other sources.
Automated analysis
720+ tests run across nine risk categories: financial health, governance, compliance, cyber security, legal exposure, and more.
Get the grade
An A–E risk grade with full category breakdown, red flags, alerts, and a downloadable PDF due diligence report.
Nine risk categories
Every company is assessed across nine dimensions. Each category contributes to the overall A–E risk grade.
Financial
Turnover trends, filing history, credit scores, and CCJ exposure.
Governance
Officer changes, PSC structures, director disqualifications, and filing compliance.
Compliance
Modern Slavery statements, ICO registration, Cyber Essentials, and ISO certifications.
Cyber
Website security headers, SSL validity, email authentication, and CMS vulnerabilities.
Legal
Court judgements, tribunal decisions, gazette notices, and insolvency events.
Media
Adverse media mentions, sanctions screening, and PEP exposure for officers.
Operational
HSE enforcement, environmental prosecutions, and public tender activity.
Social and ESG
Gender pay gap reporting, charity governance, and environmental compliance.
Network
Interactive network graph of director, ownership, and PSC relationships. Traverse connected companies to explore ownership chains and shared structures.
The evidence behind the grade
A grade is only useful if you can check it. Alongside the nine scored categories, every company profile carries five evidence tabs that present the underlying records directly — no scoring, no interpretation, just what the registers, filings, and scans actually say, with the source for every entry.
Credit
Creditsafe rating, risk score, and probability of default alongside the recommended credit limit, days beyond terms against the industry benchmark, aged payment behaviour, county court judgements, and insolvency events.
Starter and aboveFinancials
Up to five filed accounting periods as a single annual accounts table, grouped into profit and loss, balance sheet, and workforce figures — with the filing type, audit status, and a link through to the original filing for every period.
All plansPeople & Governance
Current and former officers with their Companies House identity verification status, persons with significant control and their natures of control, and a per-person screening matrix across sanctions, disqualification, and adverse media.
All plansCompliance & Legal
Certifications and accreditations, statutory disclosures such as modern slavery and gender pay gap reporting, ICO registration, and legal exposure including gazette notices, judgements, and insolvency events.
Self-Assessment and aboveCyber
Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), SSL/TLS and certificate posture, HTTP security headers, website and hosting configuration, domain and reputation checks, plus Cyber Essentials and ISO 27001 status.
Self-Assessment and aboveEach evidence tab has a matching PDF evidence report, so the record you review on screen is the record you can hand to an auditor. Senserity shows evidence and sources; it does not tell you what to do about them.
Beyond the risk grade
Network graph
Explore director, ownership, and control relationships in an interactive graph. Traverse from company to company to follow ownership chains, shared directors, and PSC structures across the corporate network.
PDF reports
Generate branded due diligence reports for any monitored company, or a portfolio report summarising risk across your entire watchlist. Thirteen report types: seven scored assessment reports weighted to your use case, five evidence reports presenting the underlying data without a grade, and an attestation completion summary.
Attestation campaigns
Send supplier questionnaires with pre-filled data from Senserity’s analysis. Track responses, review discrepancies, and schedule recurring campaigns.
Alerts
Get notified when a company’s risk profile changes. New red flags, score movements, gazette notices, and compliance lapses all trigger alerts.
API and MCP
A REST API and Model Context Protocol server for integrating Senserity into procurement workflows, ERP systems, or AI agents.
