Due Diligence, The Old Way
One supplier, checked by hand, takes a whole week and a beard.
The story
Pat starts a quick check on a new supplier at 9:00 on Monday. By Thursday there are dozens of browser tabs, a spreadsheet on version 23, a full beard and a conclusion of “seems fine?”. Then the tape rewinds and the same check runs in Senserity in minutes, with a very different answer.
What it shows in Senserity
- One search replaces a week of checking registers by hand
- Nine risk categories assessed and rolled into a single A–E grade
- Red flags such as overdue accounts and directors linked to past insolvencies

Browser tabs open one after another, Companies House, the Gazette, HSE, the ICO, until each is a sliver.

A spreadsheet called supplier_check_FINAL_v7.xlsx grows column after column. The coffee goes cold and sticky notes appear.

The seasons change through the window. Pat grows stubble, a moustache, then a full beard, and the clock races to Thursday.
“Then the other thirty sources.”

Pat types “Seems fine?” into the last cell of FINAL_v23, turns to camera and raises an eyebrow. The music stops; only the clock ticks.
“Conclusion: seems fine. Probably.”

The whole scene rewinds like a tape: the seasons reverse, the beard shrinks, the notes peel off and the clock spins back to Monday 09:00.
“Hang on. There’s a better way.”

A blue beam sweeps across the screen. Same desk, Pat clean-shaven, fresh coffee. Senserity searches for Meadowbrook Facilities Ltd and nine category cards fill in by 09:05.
“Same supplier. In Senserity.”

A grade card stamps down: D, 64.1 out of 100, High Risk, with two flags, accounts overdue and a director linked to three insolvencies. The spreadsheet is deleted.
“Turns out, not fine.”

End card: the Senserity logo, senserity.co.uk and a Start a free trial button, with the coffee mug steaming in the corner.
