Creating an attestation campaign

How to set up and send a compliance questionnaire campaign to your suppliers.

An attestation campaign lets you send compliance questionnaires to your suppliers and track their responses in one place. This guide covers setting up a campaign from scratch.

Before you start

Attestation campaigns are available from the Growth tier. You need at least one company on your watchlist to use as a recipient, and a questionnaire template to send, either one of Senserity's built-in templates or one you have created yourself.

Step 1 – Choose or create a template

  1. Open Attestation from the sidebar.

  2. Click the Templates tab.

  3. Browse the available templates. Senserity provides ready-made templates in the Marketplace for common use cases across several categories:

    • General due diligence includes the Standard Selection Questionnaire (PPN 03/24) used in UK public sector procurement, the Common Assessment Standard (CAS v5), a PAS 7000 supply chain prequalification template, the Procurement Specific Questionnaire (PSQ 2025), an SME Supplier Due Diligence Standard for lighter-touch assessments, and an Acquisition Due Diligence Screening template.
    • Cyber and data protection includes a Cyber Resilience Assessment aligned to the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF 4.0) and ISO 27001, a Data Processing and Privacy Assessment based on the ICO Accountability Framework and UK GDPR Article 28, and an IT and Software Vendor Assessment.
    • ESG and sustainability includes a Modern Slavery and Ethical Labour Practices Assessment, a Sustainability and Climate Readiness Assessment, a Sustainable Procurement Supplier Assessment aligned to ISO 20400, and a B Corp Readiness Assessment.
    • Governance includes an Anti-Bribery, Corruption and Economic Crime Assessment, and a Corporate Governance and Compliance Assessment.
    • Operational includes a Business Continuity and Resilience Assessment, and a Health and Safety Supplier Assessment.
    • Financial includes a Financial Health and Creditworthiness Assessment.

Many of these templates include questions that are automatically pre-filled with data Senserity has already collected about the company, reducing the burden on your suppliers and improving response rates.

  4. Click a template to preview it, then click Use this template to select it for your campaign.

If no existing template meets your needs, click New template to build one from scratch. Templates are built from a library of question types (free text, yes/no, date, file upload) and can be organised into sections.

Step 2 – Start a new campaign

  1. Click the Campaigns tab, then New Campaign.

  2. Give the campaign a name that will make sense to your recipients as well as your team.

  3. Select the template you chose in Step 1.

Step 3 – Add recipients

  1. In the campaign wizard, add the companies you want to send to. You can select from companies already on your watchlist or type a company name to find one.

  2. For each company, enter the email address of the person you want to receive the questionnaire. This does not need to be someone with a Senserity account.

  3. Set a deadline, the date by which you expect responses.

Step 4 – Review and send

Review the campaign summary: template name, recipient list, deadline. When you are satisfied, click Send.

Each recipient receives a unique email with a link to their questionnaire. The link gives them access to the questionnaire only; they do not need a Senserity account.

What happens next

Once sent, the campaign appears on the Campaigns tab with a progress indicator showing how many recipients have opened, started, and submitted their questionnaire.

See Sending attestation questionnaires for how to review responses and handle submissions.
