Inviting team members

How to invite colleagues to your Senserity organisation, and what each role can do.

Multiple people in your organisation can share a single Senserity account. This guide explains how to invite colleagues and what each role allows.

Roles

Every member of your organisation has one of four roles:

Owner – full control over the organisation, including billing and deleting the organisation. There is one owner per organisation. The owner role can be transferred to another member, but cannot be held by more than one person at a time.

Admin – everything the owner can do, except delete the organisation. Admins can manage members, change settings, and access billing.

Member – standard access. Can add companies to the watchlist, generate reports, create and respond to reviews, and manage attestation campaigns. Cannot access billing or change organisation settings.

Viewer – read-only access. Can view company profiles, scores, and alerts, but cannot add companies, generate reports, or take any write actions.

Inviting someone

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar, then open the Members tab.

  2. Click Invite member.

  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite, and select their role.

  4. Click Send invitation. An email is sent to the address you entered with a link to join your organisation.

Invitations expire after 7 days. If the recipient does not accept within that time, you can resend the invitation from the Members tab.

What the recipient sees

The recipient receives an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they already have a Senserity account, clicking the link adds your organisation to their account. If they do not have an account, they are prompted to create one first.

Managing existing members

From the Members tab, you can:

  • Change a member's role – click the role badge next to their name to change it.
  • Remove a member – click the action menu next to their name and select Remove. Removing a member revokes their access immediately. Their past activity in the audit log is preserved.
  • Resend or revoke an invitation – pending invitations appear in the Members tab with a Pending badge. You can resend or revoke them from the action menu.
