Upgrading your plan
How to change your Senserity subscription to a higher tier.
Upgrading to a higher plan unlocks a larger watchlist, more monthly credits, more team seats, and access to additional data sources. This guide walks through the steps.
Before you start
You need Owner or Admin role to change your plan. The Billing page is not accessible to Members or Viewers.
Steps

Open Billing from the sidebar.

Find the Subscription card, which shows your current plan, the renewal date, and your monthly credit allocation.

Click Change Plan.

A plan comparison view opens showing all available tiers and what each includes. Find the plan you want to upgrade to.

Click Select on the plan you want.

Review the pricing summary. Upgrades are prorated: you pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan, calculated from today to your next renewal date.

Confirm the upgrade. The change takes effect immediately.
What happens to your credits
When you upgrade, your monthly allocation updates to the new tier's level immediately. If your new plan's monthly allocation is higher than what you had remaining from your old plan, the difference is added to your current period's balance. You do not have to wait until the next renewal date to access the higher allocation.
Topup credits are unaffected by plan changes.
What happens to your watchlist
If you are upgrading to a plan with a higher watchlist limit, your existing watchlisted companies remain in place and the new limit applies immediately.
If you are downgrading (not covered in this article; see your Billing page for the downgrade flow), the lower watchlist limit applies at the end of the current billing period. You will be prompted to choose which companies to keep if your current watchlist exceeds the new limit.
