Running a PDF report
How to generate, download, and manage PDF due diligence reports in Senserity.
Senserity can generate a formatted PDF report for any company on your watchlist. Reports are suitable for sharing with colleagues, attaching to procurement records, or keeping as an audit trail.
Before you start
Generating a report costs 2 credits. Make sure your account has enough credits before you begin. You can check your balance on the Billing page, or see The credit system explained for details on how credits work. Reports are available on all tiers, including the Free tier.
Generating a company report
-
Open the company's profile page.
-
Click Generate Report in the top-right area of the header.
-
A dialog opens. The default scope is Company Report. Select the report type you want:
- Supplier Due Diligence – a comprehensive view of a supplier's risk profile, covering all nine categories.
- Customer Credit – focused on financial health and credit risk.
- Acquisition Target – broader coverage including legal and network analysis.
- Competitor Analysis – a comparative overview of the company's public profile.
- Partner Assessment – governance, compliance, and operational focus.
- Self-Assessment – a report on your own organisation's profile.
-
Select the detail level: Standard or Detailed. Detailed reports include more technical test-level information. Standard reports are better suited for sharing with non-specialists.
-
Click Generate. Report generation begins immediately. Most reports are ready within two minutes, but complex profiles may take longer.
-
When the report is ready, you receive a notification in the top bar. The report also appears on the Reports page.
Generating a portfolio report
Portfolio reports summarise risk across your entire watchlist rather than assessing a single company.
-
Open the Reports page from the sidebar and click Generate Report.
-
In the dialog, switch the report scope from Company Report to Portfolio Report using the toggle at the top.
-
Choose a portfolio filter to restrict the report to companies with a specific label (e.g. "Supplier" or "Customer"), or leave it set to "All Companies" to include your entire watchlist.
-
Select a comparison period for the Score Movers section: "vs Last Report" (compares to the most recent previous portfolio report with the same filter), "vs 30 Days Ago", or "vs 90 Days Ago".
-
Choose the detail level: Summary (key stats and top 10 risks) or Detailed (full tables, heatmaps, and breakdowns).
-
Click Generate Report. Portfolio reports typically take slightly longer than company reports because they aggregate data across all companies in the portfolio.
Portfolio reports appear in the same Reports list as company reports, with a reference number starting with PF- (e.g. PF-2E44-20260501-0001) instead of the SR- prefix used by company reports.
Downloading a report
-
Open the Reports page from the sidebar.
-
Find the report in the table. You can filter by company, report type, status, or date.
-
Click Download to save the PDF to your computer.
You can also download a report directly from the notification that appears when generation completes.
Report versioning
Each time you generate a report for the same company, a new version is created. Older versions are retained in the Reports page, so you can compare reports over time or keep the original for your records while generating a refreshed version.
What the report contains
All reports include the company's overall risk grade and score, key company information, and a summary of the most significant findings. The specific sections included depend on the report type. Each report is generated from the company's current enriched data at the time of generation.
Sharing a report
Reports are downloaded as PDFs and can be shared by email or file transfer. At present, reports do not have shareable links, so you need to download and share the file directly.
